Just curious... I find it very difficult to find the time to train my senior players on their physical attributes. During the season I need their physical training to be in PC and during the offseason.. I cant really train too hard in the other physicals because I'll need their PC to be 100% by seasons end..

How do you guys manage to train your senior players in non-PC physical training and not have them falling out exhausted during the season?

First off, I don't train PC once I'm out of the running for any championship. At season rollover there will be a reset of sorts based on tw and I think some other variables.

If, like this season where I'm in the hunt for the sc championship and league championship I train pc for individuals who fall below 95% late in the season. Most of the regular season I train them when they fall below 90%. What helps is that I also have the facilities to get the pc training bonus. By using those facilities you can catch up on pc pretty quickly in a training session.

Bottom line is, at the beginning of a season I focus on PC for non YA players who are below 90% or getting close to 90%. Then throughout the season I just do maint. training on the ones who need more pc.

Consider that in your YA you train the physicals I would presume. By the time they leave your YA you have probably already reached a yellow cap in one area at minimum. So it isn't like you have to keep training speed/strength for several more seasons. Once they get to the speed strength caps I train the pc at 10% or alternate between agility and pc from training to training. If you get your players when they are young, then you will have the speed strength skills capped before they are 23 years old and it isn't so much of an issue.

I guess that was a lot of rambling and talking in circles. Hope you got something out of it.

I'd be slightly cautious about the word 'reset' ....when I reset my computer, it boots up and is 100% again. If I remember correctly from last season end .... the 'boost' to PC from Teamwork is quite low ... in fact, you'd almost need to be actively looking for it to actually notice it.

Most of the season I only have to train PC about 1 out of three training sessions. Whenever it drops to ~96% I hit it hard - 40% PC for Teamwork 30+, 50% PC for Teamwork under 30%. That boosts it back up to 99%-100%.

Postseason I train it when it hits 98%, although that did me no good this season.

I don't train PC at all once I'm out of everything. Last season's rollover/reset/whatever a lot of my players got nice boost. I don't have many TW lower than 25 (only 18/89 players lower than 25 TW).

i tested in hame sub % on the test site. Even when as low as 60%, players rarely dropped below 95PC.

Im going to experiment the opposite now

Big help Niner and Lee... but I'm really lazy and kinda just train everyone across the board at the same PC level throughout the season and then get down to the details in the offseason. Plus i forgot about the season reset...

Good point about the YA projects because when they come out.. you right cause most are capped or near at their points.
