I promoted a player just before the Season Rollover. Reading the manual, it seems to say he should have entered my team at 10% TC. But he is showing as 8% right now. Why is that?

I guess it's possible that he was at a position when I swapped coaches. |

No, not at all. I had him at a bunch of different positions while trying to train his strength and stuff up and made a lot of coaching changes last season as well. |
