If you got a Youthpull on a position group you have a good Coach for, you might get Youngsters with higher values. By this, yes it could be you get a newbee with such a estimated wage. And percentage means nothing here, since the wages aren't raising linear. Please check the manual for more information on wages |

He moved in season 3 rollover.
And he can't increase wage by ~1000% at one training week or day! Now are season begining! All other players have wage = est. wage! |
