doesn't level 20 scout show you weather skills are cap or not.
Two player that I have scouted they showed no sings of being near cap or being cap in a skill. What use is the scout if it can't show me these things on the TM. And a time before last season it did not tell the player I was biding on was going to retire so i spent a little more on him figure I would get two seasons not one. |

You won't see caps on players you don't own. Like in real life they don't carry a sign "I am at the end of my Speed now"

you could only see any cap when the player is in your team.
scout reports or on transfermarket caps are never shown. |
