Interesting idea, but I agree: only if the money is locked up for a long time.

Maybe even two options:

10 weeks @ (for example) 2.5%
20 weeks @ (for example) 4%

(Banks never pay as much interest on accounts as they charge on loans, so the return has to be less than 5% to be 'realistic', lol)

Now you have to include some rules on what happens if a manager needs to exit the contract within the period due short of money.

10 week are not enough. I would prefere 25, 50 or 75 weeks with interests of 1.5%, 3.5% and 8% p.a.

If you break the contract you must pay the twofold of the interest. If the interst is 2% you must play 4% if you want you money back before the contract end.
