I really like the feature that exists on my player roster. I see a list of players and when I mouse over their name a small window pops up that shows me their stats. I can click on that player and go to the player page where I can make an adjustment to their training or position, etc.

I'd like to see the same feature implemented on the stats pages of the games I have played. Obviously this link would only be present for the players on my team.

What this lets me do, is to look at the players performance in the game compared to their stats and quickly make adjustments to things like their training.

Example, I could note those players on defense who missed a lot of tackles and switch training to tackling.
