Not sure if this is really a bug but I didn't get any information on the player I just bought: Lodovico Pasoni; he had a red ! cap on strenght.

Don´t know if this can help, but caps are not showed on scout reports.

Yes I know. But for future notice that Scouting players will not show Caps.
And it not a bug |

Everything said here, you don't see any caps in scout reports - so no bug.
