The other chef (Ken Hom .. now lives in America) just ate it and saw no problem with it .... you could still see the rabbit's teeth !!! I doubt if I would have gone near it ! |

One of my dreams is to go to far east one day, and try all that crazy stuff, including all types of bugs and so on...and I guess I won't have a problem with most of it....but innards....brrrrrr
