This idea came up under impression of the college football season start.
The managers who have fully extended Youth Academy now would be able to upgrade their YA to the next level - Program.
This level would give the ability to train 30 players at the same time and to compete with other programs around the RZA world. Players competing in tournament would gain experience.

I like the idea of gaining experience, but I would simply like it to happen automatically.

I would further like experience to be position specific and for players in the YA to get exp in the positions they train in.
