It would be nice in the case where all of your round 1 picks might be taken, that your round 2 picks auto-move to round 1 and your round 3 auto-move to round 2.

And if also all the round 2 picks were gone in round 1 then the round 3 picks auto-move to round 1.

Well, round 2 picks should stay in round 2.
You can nominate more than 10 players for first round to avoid such a situation.

Yes, but then I get too many good players on the tale of that group.

I beleive the main idea of puting players in round groups is to get certain positions.

So if I had all OL in round 1 and they're all gone by my pick, then why shouldn'y my round 2 picks, all DL say, be promoted?

I would think an easier way (although I don't know how easy from a programming point of view) would be to have a "position box" where you check what position is a priority that round. Another option might be a position box you check where you s e l e c t it to not draft in that round. A little more complex might be a contingent position box you'd check that position box and if that position had already been drafted then that position would be ignored that round.

So say you needed an O Lineman. You put the top 6 in the first round. Now you had checked the contingent position box for O Line for the second round and third round. Say you get an oline in the first round you wouldn't draft another one in the second or third. Perhaps in the third you wanted a lower tiered oline then you wouldn't check the box in the third round.

One possible problem with this is the third round itself. Someone is going to get the Gunner, Kicker, Punter, KR's in that round. Perhaps the box is available for the second round only? Or, those positions aren't included in the box.

Well, if you nominate for 2nd round and they can turn to 1st all the settings might be ruined. I'll tell you how to do it manually - you set all players you want at 1st round at the top and all nominated for the 2nd round just behind them on your draft board before all the rest. Then if you missed all nominated for 1st round, you get this nominated for 2nd round.

But then you run the risk of getting 2 of the same position.

Oh it's very small risk to miss all in first round(only if you want RB really) and this is more safe solution than 2nd round nominated going directly to first round - then if you plan something wrong you're totally out of control I think.
