My suggestion is simple, just not sure if it's simple to implement. But here we go:
Currently what we have in each player page showing statistical information is "Season Stats" and that shows us current season stats for that player, which is great. Then there is the "Career Stats" option, and that is the option I would like to see be more enhanced, what shows up when you click on Career Stats is the overall statistical information that a individual player has produced during his career. Aldo helpfull and necessary this information sometimes can be misleading. Player might of had a great season in season 2 but has been downhill for him since then and yet since he hasn't played alot his stats still will look very good. My suggestion is to enhance the "Career Stats" option on the player page, so it shows not only his overall stats during the seasons he played, but also season by season, just like now where it shows the teams he has played for in the past, we could have a season by season links to click and have access on what said player has done previously. Bumping this suggestion for relevancy, and would like to add to it, by not only adding season sorting option, but also adding the option to sort the player stats from each competition he played, just like we have it on the HoF and on the Team Stats.
