Maybe we could bring in contracts for coaches and when you hire them you can offer them a 1,2 or 3 season contract. Their salaries still increase as they gain experience and to fire them early you would suffer penalties like now but if you do not renew their contracts they leave and become free agents again.

If you have the HR department active, coaches should be included in that as the players. Side note - I don't suggest extending it to the Staff because they are not hired based on bids and on their skills, age, experience, etc, more on their level. |
