training bonus and penalties

Right now the youth and old have no difference in training that I can see other than the older guys lose more pc during games.

Now The team work should still be the biggest factor. But I think that younger player should get a some sort of training bonus.

Like this for example
16-18 receive a multiplier 1.5
18-22 receive a multiplier 1.3
22-25 receive a multiplier 1.1
25-29 receive a multiplier 1.0
30+ receive a multiplier .8

So any one hear agree or have some other sugestion on how we may achieve this

I think the extra points in the YA offsets the need for a bonus to younger players

From the mathematical point of view this is not the same.

With 22 players under 18 you get with the suggested solution up to 3 and a half MORE points (or even more, just from the top of my head) as maximum possible avialable YA-points at the moment.

What i don't like with this suggestion is the fact that older players do decrease, which makes them less attractive after some years.

At the moment a not retired 32 year old player is worth to keep, with this suggestion you may think about cutting him earlier.

I'd also like to see players have an increase in speed and strength every rollover up to about the age of 22 or so. Probably could be TW based and work like PC does on rollover.

As I read it it is not a matter of letting older players skills decrease, just that their training will be less effective.

But the training speed does decrease.

I know, they will keep their skills.
I'm not sure how people will react on the change, but decreasing the training speed for old timers will change the situation for those for sure in some kind.

That is true, but to me the training speed of a veteran is not important. If they are not good enough right away, I cut them loose. I'm not going to waste salary and a squad spot training them, just to have them retire on me after a season or two

well this idea is not it about about players regressing as old player do not in this game. It about simple creating a plateau effect out side of the Physical caps and talent. And to let young player be able to pass older pass or close the gap base on a combination of age rather than just team work.

Because right now if two players have the same talent and team

The younger player out side of a youth academy will never mathematically pass the older player or even close the gap.

But if I really had it may way there would be 2 multipliers in place.

First is age as I have suggested here.

Second would be the bad skill multiplier which for short would be a 2x or 3x for skills under let say 15 non physical

But that will never happen so why bother
