He's one of my original players, those tend to have high starting experience.

This is more a question towards Pete.

Am I right in assuming that exp is decided:

1) randomly for youth pulls between 0,5*-1,5*
2) randomly for draft players between 1,5*-3*
3) randomly for starting roster between 0,5*-5*
