Know guys <=20 go into YA unless its full. Prob should've said 16yo in the example because know if the YA is full 18/19/20 yo guys will go into the senior squad... So wondering if it's worth signing a cheap 16/17yo as well so I don't lose the 20yo due to not being able to promote.

Yep, contemplating same. I just hope the right players go where we want!

If they both go into the YA then we get fined for having too many, and lose the 20yo lol...

Does the direction of the play matter with a field goal or punt?

By default, most of the playbook for FG/punts is set for only left flank.

I don't think it matters. I changed all mine to middle and didn't notice a difference.

So I have a question about replacing your HC. If you hire a new HC on the market to replace your current HC, is there an effect on your players?

The manual says:

What happens if I replace Coaches?

Replacing not retiring Coaches lowers the morale and Team chemistry of the involved players.

So for AC's that seems clear, just wondering if the whole team's TC and Morale will go down if I replace my HC.

The rules apply to both HC and AC. And that rule is about "replacing", so the coach you won the bid on will directly replace an existing coach and you suffer the morale and TC loss. For a HC probably the whole team.

But if you fire the existing coach you will only pay the x5 wage penalty and the new coach will be hired (and not replace the old one). So no morale or TC loss, just some money penalty.

Ps: There were some talks about changing this, so it can't be bypassed so easly using money. But I didn't see any news about it being changed...

I had a full house of things today so I'll share my findings. By full house I mean I had a full YA and -

1/ a purchased 17yo
2/ a purchased 20yo
3/ 2 players being sold from the YA

This is what happened and, most importantly, the order it happened in -

1/ 17yo goes into YA so I had 23 in YA
2/ 20yo straight to Seniors
3/ the 2 YA players sold

So I ended up with 21 in the YA even though I started with 22 and purchased 2 and sold 2.

So the order of events is -

1/ 16-17yo go in
2/ 18-20yo go in if there's spaces
3/ All others in YA that were sold now leave.

So this is good if you want to make sure a 20yo that you otherwise couldn't promote (due to lack of remaining promotions) ends up on the senior roster instead of stuck in the YA at rollover.

It is bad in all other ways however i.e. if you wanted a 18-20yo to go in but the YA was full even though you might have sold some others on that day.

Good to know!

Very good to know, thanks!
