Possibly do to the possibility of having a Kicker play at Kicker and stacking XP, and once his XP is high swaping that player from Kicker to a diferent position.

It's a possibily that I don't think will have much success tho, specialy because I don't think that you are making such a dramatic change in their gains that it would pay off to have a Kicker playing at Kicker while training him to play at a diferent position in the future only to have him stack XP at Kicker.

If that makes any sense LOL.

we are talking aabout a factor of maybe 2 or 3 - math has to be done - you would have to play that guys for years "out of the finally planned position" and would still not get a full experienced player...

Makes sense to me and is basically what I was thinking.

Given how easy it is to switch positions in this game I'm just concerned that this will turn out to be exploitable.

...even you know now about the strict conditions and the small outcome of possible "cheating" attempts?

Well, it not really a big deal to me either way.

I'm confident you will have appropriate safeguards in place, so maybe just irrational fear on my part...

If I am reading correctly the kickers and punters will gain more experience per play and not getting a boost to experience when they are created?

If thats correct then I cant see how you can cheat well for a massive advantage anyway. A kicker is only guaranteed 1 play per game and whats the highest score in a game? 230 points or so? Thats 60 or so plays which is what a QB would play on average if you didnt substitute him so unless you are playing someone in the K position to gain even more experience then I cant see how they would cheat and a way around this would be to increase the penalties for a non Kicker or punter playing in that position.
