well i accept that to secure some managers from loss of players the player market is close
But i do not see reason to have coaches market close since this do not more or less harm whenhire new coach in season or in off season |

I agree with Herr Turtle ....... off-season is a good time for a Coaching Reshuffle, so not a good idea to close the Coaches Market.
