from what i have gathered pete has decided to use V2, so i would focus on ol, qb, and wr for the top draft picks, but as we know pete has time still to make full decisions so hold on to your @$$ fred the ship aint docked yet, but no in all seriousness yes V2 should be active, or as ill call it "petes way of having another 16-0 season"

OL? Are you sure? OK, you need 2 Tackles for the passblocking against DE, but this would be no priority for me.

QB? To draft QB is no problem with most Draftboards. If you can get a QB in the third round than it is ok, but this should be no priority for the 1st and 2nd round. After the last draft was a flood wave of Draft QBs on the TM and you could buy QBs for less than 50 Mio$.

WR? If you can get a very fast WR or a receiver with sticky fingers, than go for him. If there are fast TE than go for the TE.

What is with DB against the pass? Is this no focus for you?

May be it is wise to draft against the main stream. I expect that most managers go for pass offense and pass defense. Why not draft run offense and run defense now? The quality might be better than from average receivers and DB. The draft will be a surprise like every year.

I think it depends entirely on the manager. Established teams I would assume have strong run offense and run defense already. So most established teams will shift to the passing. Whereas a new team might focus on running.
