16 teams per division - 15 games? So this results in 1 fewer playoff game?

Ok you don't want to split the SC.

The question is: Should be the SC a competition or a money machine?

If you plan to play with more than 3000 teams in this competition and the only 128 "best" teams in the playoffs, than you delute the challenge-factor. I would be only a competiton: "Who can bash the bots and weakest teams better". It will be the slogan of the season 6 SC, but I hope this will be not for eternity.

I understand, that you want give the new teams the chance of a higher income againt teams with bigger stadiums. Do you want to make gifts for new teams, or should they find their way to the jackpots (Building their own big stadium or relegate form SC-qualifier to main SC)?

It is both...it is a cash cow for newer teams, and a competition for vets...

This 3000 teams thing is valid, this is why we are discussing here

The idea of the SC has to stay, as said already...but we have to find a way to make the challenge-part more challenging..

I have another Idea.

Skip the Divisions, make random 15 games, RANK the outcome based on who played whom and which score did that have and then get the top64 or TOP128 in the playoffs.

That way, the supercup stays as it is (15 games as before, playoffs), you still have to play lots of bots, but don't have to worry about winning a division, since there is non, and you have a competion, where you can connect every team to the results to every other one.

The main con for that is, that ranking takes some time and (could) take hard mathematics.

And yes, I mean that seriously.
