It would be nice to have the option to disable the background image in the Settings page.
I regularly browse on my mobile phone, and it would save some bandwidth by not showing the background image on every page. |

We would have to add a database layer to the layout-renderer. Because of our described plans this would be a huge change, just for a temporary goal

Also, the background gets loaded only once, usually...then the browser is loading it from the cache, without consuming bandwidth |
