Title says it all.

Aim -

concentrate humans
prevent tanking (maybe)

Probably integral to such a discussion is how to rank the teams. The present League rank is probably fine, but should teams be relegated if there are bots in their league? If not, this is a good anti tanking measure also.

Nothing should be mandatory.
It's a game ...... it's not a prison sentence.

Should botflush be automatic (no optiion at all)?

What you're saying is that everything we have no say in presently (infinitely many things) is mandatory and thus bad.

no, someone maybe wants to stay longer in lower div but promote with a cup in his trophy room

no way that should be automatic

e.g. someone joins 2 days bevor season rollover he got a team that could hardly compete in division 3 but he botflushes to division 2 just quess how long he/she would stay if he get beaten by 50+ each league game ...

I think the rank system that would dictate the auto-promote would cover this situation. You simply wouldn't get that.
