Just wondering that if I have 2 plays in the playbook from the same formation but one is a run and the other a pass; what will the game s e l e c t for that down?

If only the pass/rush option is different, it will chose the rule closer to the top afaik.

if all else is the same I would say the first play it comes across from th etop down. on the playbook

If plays are exactly the same, sim will pick the one which is higher in PB.
