just a quick question, how many players do you s e l e c t for each position in the depth chart

There is a maximum of 55 positions on a depth chart. How you fill these is up to you as manager.
Generally i look to have these as a minimum: 2 QB 3 HB 2 FB 3 TE 4 WR 2 OT 2 OG 2 OC 1 NT 3 DT 3 DE 3 MLB 3 OLB 4 CB 5 SF 1 KICKER 1 PUNTER |

If you go to this page in the manual it should give you an idea of the minimum required for each position but Broncos suggestion isn't far away from how most set their teams up. Apart from one unamed serious manager he likes to have 40 CBs in his DC
