This wages are crazy. Especially for this player Etre Lékai: This player get 9 Mio$ per season and is the wage of a player with the highest skill of 48. I assume, that this player has not such a high skill and it doesn't make sense to give a franchise contract to such a player. You save only money with this contract, if the player has the highest skill of 49 or 50.

Scout him ... you'll see that he'll hit 48 in approx 3 training sessions. You'll also see that this player is totally one-skilled (every skill other than Blocking is in single figures ).

p.s. - to me this proves one thing .... that the current wage structure (i.e. wage based upon highest non-physical skill) works perfectly i.e. if you one-skill a player to ridiculous levels then you'll pay the price..... I really do think that's the way it should be.

Not only is he one-skilled trainable wise, his strength for an OL is horrible. Prototype for how not to train someone ?
