I trying to under stand something. Why does the coaches make more than most players.
you look at real life the HC is the only coach that makes any more close or that makes more that some players on his team. And sure that some OC and DC make some money that compares to players contracts. But I can't think of one positional coach (our AC) that makes as much or more than the player that they coach.In NFL,collage, or even high school the position coach don't make any money compared to there HC,OC ,or DC counter parts So if we are going after realism then something got to change. If not then it fine by me. But I would like to know why the AC are still so high in retro spec of what the players make. The only reason of the high AC salaries was, that teams have too much money and Pete wanted to burn some money.

Its not so simple cause player salaries you have to pay allways. coaches only when you hired them. If you increase player wages it sill be difficult for newbes to survive especially if you start in the offseason without SC games in big stadiums.
By the way why must it be NFL like? Look at the College football. The coaches get more money than the coaches there. and if you complare it to here it depends on the coaches CP players with a skill over 40 (the average skill level in the future) would get more money than coaches. Players at skill level 20 are no NFL like players they are no Superstars. |

also you can always switch to HR and pay your players more then you pay your coaches

I know he want to burn money. But I wish to know his reasoning behind it.
