I never thought about it till now. But do some training stack like the
wind tunnel and weight room as they both improve strength. So is there a 20% boost instead of 10 to strength or they non stack-able.

(rand(25,40) + Teamwork + Coaching Bonus)/2 * facility bonus 1 * facility bonus 2

1.1 * 1.1 = 1.21 = 21% boost
