I have heard of owners changing the position of their players,...especially in the YA....to whatever position they have the best coach for.

changing a RB to a CB becasue your CB coach is better than your QB coach in order to sqeeze a little more training out of them.

Somehow,...and I dont know how, but this needs to be fixed,....it is HIGLHY unrealistic. I am thinking the only way will be if players are NOT allowed to change position more than once per owner..........period, whether in the YA or not. That way you wont change that RB to a CB unless you really intend for him to be a CB.

it only works for skills the AC support. let train a RB und CB AC helps mostly only on speed. thats not so unrealistic i think. Or you need a fitnesscoach or sth like that.

Strength and conditioning coach.

Also,...how often have you heard of a player switching positions multiple times in a career? They may switch once,in a career.....but never more than that. At least not in the modern era.

After some discussion in the chat room, I dont think this is a very important issue. If this was the worst thing to worry about then Pete would almost be able to retire.
