Okay if i wanted to make a great running back what areas would i have to train them in to make them good?

A good way to determine which attributes are useful for a position is to look at the draft players at those positions.

You'll find most draft RBs will have high Carrying, Positioning and sometimes Vision.

All players can benefit from high Speed/Str/Agi in some way.
