So the Mgmt Studio rounds all the values before it calculates 'weighted position' scores. Depending upon whether a skill increases past a 0.5 intervals determines whether his weighted position increases during a training session.
Does the game engine work in this manner too? So you’re better having your skills at N.5 rather than N.4?? Steve SD Blitz |

Also, is the wage sum accurate (on Mgmt Studio)? Mine seems off by quite a bit....

The rounding in the studio is just for display purposes...and the salary estimation is...an estimation!
