Sorry, I'm an italian amateur chef: my religion forbids me to use such ingredients in an italian tomato sauce. BTW: balsamico, only of superior quality (minimum 15-20 years of maturation) is great over risotto, meaf...strawberries too. But never over other acid ingredients like tomatoes. It's ok, but "parmisan" outside Italy (and in Italy too) is a real trap. Try "Parmigiano Reggiano DOP", minimum 24 months old. |
