Hmmm...I hesitate to give advice to a league-mate, but here's what I'd do.

Player 1 - leave at TE. If you switch to WR, you're wasting his blocking. And long term I don't think he has speed to be a competitive WR.

Player 2 - if you have an OL coach, switch him to OL and train up his Footwork and Blocking. Play him at TE or down the depth chart as a WR.

Yeah I didn't exactly expect to get overflowed with advices from Galaxy,so thank you for that!

I agree that I long term would prefer better speed at WR, but the problem is I don't have anyone who is much faster at the moment. The ones that are don't have any other skills worth mentioning. It seems my squad simply isn't ready for your advice yet

On a side note I find it interesting that I pretty much haven't received the same advice twice.

Well, you see: There are several ways to get to the destination. I think it is important to have a consistent strategy.

Therefore, I now present my advice:

1) Change the WR to an OL. And train blocking. Let the TE unchanged.
2) Look around in the meantime for a fast WR on the TM.
3) If you can not find a fast WR, then switch after about a season the OL to TE and your TE to WR.

I know and that is what makes this game fun, but I still find it interesting, because if I had asked the same question regarding for instance DE/MLB/CB I would have recieved 10 very similar answers.

I am very happy i started this thread, because I have defenitely learned a lot from it, getting so many different perspectives. I'm not ready to make a decision yet, but for certain I will be on the look out for a super fast WR, preferably two.

You have also opened my eyes for the need for strong OL's. So far my requirement has been 45 or higher, but setteling for that has also resulted in me not having any with strength 48-50. I need to improve on that.

yup, dont underestimate the importance of a good O-line. you can have the best QB in the world, but if he's getting pressure all the time it wont matter. Same with run-blocking. If no holes to run thru, he wont get very far. I'd far rather have a good o-line making holes, and an average RB to run thru them.

The value of an O-line is certainly true in real football…and in RZA, I see the occasional sack. But I haven’t seen too many QBs brought to their knees by a pass rush – maybe I’m missing something, but it just seems less important in RZA than perhaps in real football.

For example, when I play a bot or a really poor team, I might log a couple of sacks, but the opposing QB still usually gets most of his throws away for a decent completion percentage (given the skill levels of the QB)
