Hi guys! Absolute beginner here so be nice
The training system seems pretty complicated but after reading the manual and Jack's excellent newbie guide I think I'm starting to get the drift of it. So just to make sure I'd like to ask if I'm correct with my calculations. A) There's 26 training updates in a season, right? B) During each u p d a t e my players get training points based on this formula (random(25,40) + Teamwork + AC-CP-Formula)/2, right? C) So, assuming that I have a player with 30 TW and no AC's, the player will get 26 * (32.5 + 30 + 1) / 2 = 825 training points during the season, right? D) 100 training points is worth 1 skill point, right? E) If I don't train PC at all during the season, the player will improve by 8.25 skill points, right? What if the player has to train PC? How much of the training points need to be used to keep the player at 100 PC? |

It's depending on the number of snaps and the so called PC-hit.
But I think your pretty close with 250-300 training-points per season. A)-E) should be right. |

Since the last rollover (counting only sundays):
1.: Dec 18th (Weekend of the Rollover) 2.: Dec 25th 3.: Jan 1st 4.: Jan 8th 5.: Jan 15th 6.: Jan 22nd 7.: Jan 29th 8.: Feb 5th 9.: Feb 12th 10.: Feb 19th 11.: Feb 26th 12.: Mar 5th(Transfermarked closed) Next Season: 1.: Mar 12th(Weekend of the Rollover) ... that's 12 Sundays per season. (If you count March 12th as this season, Dec 18th was last season) - - > 24 Training Updates per season. |

26 would be double counting the rollover, but the first one ignores the Weds after the xfer market closes ... so it's technically 25 rollovers, right?

Thanks for the answers!
I've got another question. The fool as I am I went and bought a HC during my first days. OK, I know that this was a stupid decision but should I fire him to minimize the cost of the error or just keep the coach? |

Normally, id say fire him, but itll cost you 5 weeks of his wages, so make sure you have that. Make sure to challenge clubs with full stadiums in the off season, every tuesday, friday and saturday.
