Little introduction.
So I am one of the new guys for next season. Many people does not know me as my palmares is pretty thin and I am mostly active on the Seadevils Forum. My story with RZA started 10 seasons ago after a few seasons in TOG. I started in Dragon 3.1 and moved to Seadevils 2.2 when Pete closed 3.x leagues. Back then I was advised by Leeds Celtics but as I am a slow learner so it took me those 10 seasons to reach the Big One! 
I spent 8 seasons in 1.1, playing 3 Conference finals, one division round and being AC East Champ 4 times. I won the French Cup against Lyon Eagles and the IECC 3 qualification cup against Firenze Foxes. I will soon face San Diego in the final IECC tournament semi-final. I never had a decent run in the SC, only making it to the 1/8 once. 
Next season I will aim for a 8-8 record even if it is unlikely I win that many games considering I am losing 10 starters at rollover. I like / I support: - Karma - setting a minimum of players per position - Trash talking in a casual and friendly way - making stats - The Falcons and the Ravens - Playing Flag Football - Big hands I do not like / I am against: - Tanking - the current calculation of ELO ranking - Missing a 18 yards FG. - Power mode cups (despite doing OK in them) - The Patriots (even before the last super Bowl)

Hello I am back ! Third time, will it be a charm ? The two last seasons here have been really good for any of you if you played my team. I believe my team is better than ever before, younger, faster, stronger, more intelligent and with great teamwork. It costs a fraction of the average of your teams. And last Monday Solana Steve showed me the difference when basically destroying my team in the SC playoffs. I came to RZA in season 8. Once a SeaDevil, always a SeaDevil. Season 11 I promoted to first league. Since season 17 I always managed to make the playoffs as division winner except for my two losing seasons up here in Elite with you guys. This has been my best season so far. Among others my team is among the best four in Pete's IECC tournament and I face the possible Elite champion Landru in the final IECC tournament semi-final on Sunday. I have no clear idea what to expect of next season. In season 22 I went 5-11 and basically sold lots of older players mid season when I saw that my team had no way to avoid relegation. In season 24 I went 4-12 and did the same, rejuvenating my team to the max. Lots of my curent players have already been with my team at the time. My QB was 20 at the time and he is still having nightmares from his 25 interceptions. My goal is to do better than ever before here meaning 6-10. And I dream to somehow stay here. One can always dream, right fellas ? I like / I support: - RZA as one of three online sports games - Trash talking in a casual and friendly way, especially with Fincyril but I will wait until Tuesday evening after I beat him in the league final even though he is the favourite - studying Fincyrils stats - travel - every SeaDevil team because SeaDevils are awesome and the best region ever in RZA - The Dolphins (I know but I lived in Miami in the 80ies, Dan Marino still ring a bell?) - Watch football and formerly play soccer but I also go quite a lot to the stadium to see our local team OGC Nice - Run long distance, next important race the Athens Authentic Marathon on November 12th I do not like / I am against: - Tanking - the current system of the regions, I believe 8 are 4 too many - possible losing the league final for a third time out of three but this will not happen - Missing any kind of FG. - probably many more things but let's concentrate on the positive IRL I am 53, German, married to a French girl, living in the South of France (Nice) Glad to be back, even if Jonny and Spartans most likely send me back down. Oh, I also like beer. Cheers everyone |

So I like this and I will also do a little introduction.
I am also one of the very new guys for next season. I joined RZA in season 16 I think. I am not sure as I was one of the ones to take Pete up on the offer to move to a new region as he was reorganising the leagues (tier 3 was removed I believe). So in July 2015 the Amersfoort Alligators were born! However I had a false start as due to a new job I kind of checked out of RZA. I did enough not to get my account deleted but I really started playing in season 21. I however then became addicted! Since then I've spent hours per week on RZA, mostly forums and game prepping. Of course as a Thunderian I am gonna claim that is the best league and really, it is  We definitely have the best tanker in RZA history 
Some of you might also use my RZA Game Analyser tool and I do like to dabble into stats (but I get way too little time in my life to spend on this). My dream would be to create a Football Outsiders like website about RZA
I like / I support: - forums and interaction - talking tactics (even though I am still a n00b) - making stats - Packers and now the Browns - role playing (Pathfinder, spin-off of Dungeons and Dragons) - geocaching - craft beers (especially IPA's) - history - podcasts I do not like / I am against: - ELO ranking - ausonny's disappearance, can we crowdfund a search party for ausonny) - interceptions - my panicky / complaining posts in the forum during games (I am trying to stop it, really!  )
IRL I am 41, married to a Dutch girl living in Amersfoort and I work for a big energy company in analytics. I am fully expecting to go 0-16 btw and am happy with it. I am glad I reached Elite but I am not expecting to ever become a long member due to my dedication to cost-effective roster management (and being proud of my relatively small wage bill). |

So you are in thunder.  I hate to take your thunder but everyone knows the best region of RZA is the SeaDevils. |
