Where is the entertainment value in this? Meith, I know you remember the girls proclaiming i never will beat anyone because I'm from thunder and stated that one can compete with weak interior OLs. I'll never beat anyone. Now we got a live one that missed how that turned out plus the usual cry babies won't be able to help themselves. Even in this thread you saw them sneak in their agenda to dictate game play with MOTY and relaxed settings. With their noses up in the air they will proclaim I don't play as they would have me play and can't win. Then when i win cry that the engine is being exploited. Without any effort I've already been called a martyr. I like entertainment and these guys don't charge by the hour. |

I only chimed in to state that to compare leagues you need to compare the entire league, not just the very best teams. |

I would agree Meith, but because of the 12:00GMT kick off time Thunder has had the biggest turnover of short term managers as they get sick of playing Bots. Even when Pete realigned the leagues when closing down the 3rd tier, most of those that came to Thunder have gone because of the kick off time. Before the introduction of the Elite League people saw that Thunder was a competitive region and joined, but since then it has declined more rapidly than any other region. I personally chose to join the region for the name of the region not the kick off time it always sounds better trying to get to the Thunder Bowl (in the Thunder Dome) than the others do.  |

Well, and I choosed Thunder mainly because of the kick off time... This season in EL I'm struggling heavily because I missed a few training updates and I couldn't watch the games live - I'm not used to adapt my PB only from an after game analysis
.
This is not to blame someone else - it's all but my problem and 2 guys from "my" timezone prove it every season that it is possible to manage 
But back to the topic - you're right Bova. Thunder lacks depth in 2.X leagues which I think is the main reason. there is just no competition... |

We may have less active owners because of kickoff time but we also have 0 of these whiny snowflakes banging their tin cups on the table trying to get Pete to restrict strategy.
I'll take that trade off any day. |
