Black Storm of Omsk vs. Steely Phils
Surprisingly Omsk was able to get into the playoffs, but we will have no chance in this game against a team that was in the bowl game last season. We met allready once this season and i had no chance. In fact that has been the last loss in the league by our Team Duran Durans vs. War Dogs War Dogs with a surprise Division win, against Duran Durans. In my books War Dogs has as much chance as I have against Steely. Jersey Scorpions vs. Fighters de Paris A close game. Jersey Scorpions is the best of all the promoted teams and i believe they will be able to win against Fighters de Paris. Yurop Lions vs. Girona Dragons The Defending Champion shouldn't have too big problems in that game. 3 teams that are part of the playoffs had playoff games last season too, but in a 2.x league. well i was right for 3 of 4 games ... i just couldn't see my team dominating Steely Phils
Black Storm of Omsk vs. Majalorca Pigs well not much to say except - i have no chance ... an honour to be here it is Duran Durans vs. FAJNY TIM i am sure bagss is not exactly happy about this opponent as he lost allready one game this season against the Durans. But i think the homefield advantage will be enough to win it for him ... barely Girona Dragons vs. Underachieving Steamrollers In my books the defending champion should win this game, though steamrollers tend to win unwinnable games. Jersey Scorpions vs. S F The secont promoted team in the divisional playoffs and they will bring a hard fight to S F. In the end S F will still win i think |

Took me some time but well speechless thats how I fell...
Can't believe how much the balance of power switched with only 3 added teams from div2. Looks like from year to year it's getting harder to promote from div2 then actually play in div1 playoffs. Well as for my team... Duran... yeyeye... how didn't I know it was coming...looks like I'll have to put my sg4 not being best single tactic bashing into use that early in the playoffs. After all that still good luck! it amazes me every time when I think how fast Your team is currently progressing. It takes all I've got just to try to catch up to Pigs and everytime I look anywhere else it's always You next to me...And who knows but i'm quite sure if not for a bad start this season it's Your team that might've won our div... I'm not suprissed Girona won their game, as they're currently defending champ. Just coudn't expect less. Bad luck for DrBurrs but well can't win them all and finally reaching WC game is great achievement even if it ends there. |

You know....perhaps it is that the Div 2 teams are just so much stronger than they used to be because they have actually built their teams. In the first oh...3 to 5 seasons when a team came up it was because they beat up on bots in Div 2 or were just the best of the weak teams. Now there are so many teams in div 2 AND 3 that they are taking longer to get up and thus longer to build their teams. I don't think we can look at Div 2 teams the same anymore. Gone are the fodder days.
I'm nervous vs Jersey as the last game he destroyed me, but I did win the first one in close fashion.....I wouldn't bet your house on me for this one. He may win the division next year. No offense to you Storm....but damn never saw it coming that you would taken down the returning AC champ like that. |
