I beg to differ, Peterson could pretty much walk that I wouldn't be able to put him on the ground, I don't think you realise how strong he is

This should be Football!
But there are no injuries in the game? This is weird, isn't it? |

The majority of the gamers voted for no injuries during the game, and we respect this majorities opinion. For myself I would love to see injuries in game, game ending or season ending injuries as well...but a poll is a poll

I know where you are coming from, and can tell you: it does not matter in this case. This Sim is there to provide some fun in the spare time, to play against other managers...and not to simulate 100% real life...
The question is: how to create injuries without simple randomness. If it is purely random, as it could be when a computer is doing the calculation and we have no "prone to get injured" flag, it makes no sense to implement it....tis was, in short, the arguing of the "no-sayers"...and what to tell, the majority followed this argumentation. |

But also I still say: it's weird! |

I dont understand the rationale of not having injuries in a sports sim. In all sports injuries and pc maintenance are as big a factor in deciding games as is talent in many respects. It'll be a fun and interesting wrinkle to break monotony to say the least... I just dont understand the Cons for injuries |

And this is why this will be an endless debate...there are two different types of managers...one aiming for most possible realism, and the other one aiming for the most fun-providing gameplay
It is quite a job to bring them together... |

What about : RZA = realism RZC = most fun providing Two kinds of managers, two kind of systems. |

It should be, in my opinion
RZA=long term, relaxed RZC= fast gameplay, fast success long term and relaxed doesn't automatically mean "true life", again: in my opinion. After all it is a game, and should provide fun...for the injuries there was a majority in the opinion "injuries lasting over the gameday dont provide fun"...and this was the result in 2 polls we had. Be sure, we will repeat these polls on that topic... |
