Hmm. Won today, but a victory of the Mascots would have been better for me. So I have to beat the Dynamos with more than 15 points difference to stay in the cup.

thats assuming that the dice dont roll for the Engine against the Mascots next week.....

nice win though - it should go down to week 3 with all to play for - Division A will be as well.

It will also be very important in who finishes 1st and 2nd for the SF lineups.

Should be a close matchup between our 2 teams too... I'm not expecting anything like what happened when we met in a Friendly Cup in season 9, your boys have improved a fair bit since then!

predicting which Electric team will show up tonight mate is anyones guess. We are the epitome of inconsistency......we beat an excellent Mad Dog team in the League last night but got spanked in my Wednesday night friendly cup game and lost in the SC League a week ago.

Tonight could genuinely be any score - and nothing would surprise me.

But yes, if we turn up and play anything like our best, we will give you a game and it will be close.

I predict you to win - something like 31-17

haha...if only it were that simple!

its more my distinct inability to set playbooks and get my offense and defence firing at the same time. its usually one or the other!

hammered. Its ok knowing what youre gonna do - whole other story stopping it.

Hey ho - was always gonna come down to next week win or lose so ultimately it makes no real difference.

Well played anyway bud and good luck for the rest of the event.

Blimey!

I didn't expect that, especially with my best OL out injured!

Congratulations to the Final Four of the IECC Grand Final - the lineup being :

Free Agent Mascots @ Leeds Celtics
Maykop Dynamos @ Landru Athletics

Rather predictably the Celtics and Athletics qualified from Group A - the Athletics pounding the lethargic Electric to ensure qualification, whilst the Celtics swept the Division, but find themselves up against the highly potent Mascots.

The Dynamos also swept their Division and now must be considered favourites to win this event. A final game thrashing of the Dice Rolling Engine meant the Mascots confirmed second place and a date with the Celtics.

The Electric and Priors must feel satisfied with reaching the final stages of such an event but know they are a still a level beyond top notch, whilst the Cardinals and Engine will feel aggrieved that the draw was unkind to them - if nothing else.

Looking forward to the Semi Finals. Best of luck to the fab 4 remaining.

29 1st downs, 426 yards, but just 13 points... 2 costly interceptions, 1 of them returned for a TD, and 2 failures on 4th down.. you can't give a top team that many chances and get away with it.

Well done Mascots, the RZA gods smiled on you today
