Can we have a league for our rookies or bench squad, like a junior or a farm team, if the player sin them play good, we can recall them to the senior team.

I'm more interested in the idea of YAs playing each other, but at the same time this would require some restructuring. I'm not going to pass judgement yet, but I need some convincing before I say "I support this idea".

with what u said, yea i agree that youths from the youth academy and rookies from the draft will be better, that way the youths could be better developed and they will gain more experience. They will transition into the senior level better and managers would think twice before selling their rookies at such early stages.

I really like this idea in theory but I've serious doubts about the plausibility of implementing it. It seems to me that there aren't enough youths and if you allow some seniors in how can you be sure that they aren't starters and have the youth league become a second seniors league?

I'll be honest, if you want your idea to go over better, work on proper conventions before trying to convince me of such an idea. It was interesting, but I'm not seeing anything to alleviate my concerns. |
