Reduce the PC% by x (x= 5-10%) for every traning a injured player can't participate.

Effect: After the injury the player has less stamina and might get less snaps in the first few games after his injury or performes on a lower level, if the manager decides to play him every snap. This

Strong dislike ...

Its annoying when players miss training and lose permanent development. This exacerbates it. One of the areas when real life sucks so realism = bad.

Allow players to train as normal during injury with no PC hit (maybe not allow physical training - they are watching film or something).

But increase the length of injuries so you need your depth more. Would be my suggestion.

Missing training is allways bad. The average injury length is probably 3-4 training updates (missing ~2 points)

Trining with an injury? Sorry, no! This will not work. There are injuries, where you can limit the practice, but others would not allow any practice.

You are against loosing more progress, but suggest longer injuries???

i say no to this. Untill some training progresstion is allowed base on the injury. In real life a player hurts his foot. He trains his upperbody.(STR)
If a player hurts his back. He watch game film and improve mental (POS,VIS)
If a player hurts his arm he trains his lower body (SPD,AGL)

Player simple dont stop training when your talking about NFL or collage players. (BUT of course the work eithec of a player goes along way as well)

Fairly simple ...

In real life, if a player is injured for a couple of weeks they do not have a permanent drop in their skills for the rest of their career. Its extremely annoying when this happens in RZA.

As things stand, I would rather there were no injuries for this reason.

If however things changed and players could still develop whilst injured at the normal rate then I would be fine with more and longer injuries.

My suggestion was not to reduce skills during injuries.

I suggested to reduce the PC% during injuries = Lower Stamina after injuries. Everyone who does sport knows that you get faster fatigue after rehab. Injuries slow down also the longterm progession. Do you want to contradict, that a torn ACL has no influence on the players skill development?

I agree with you buffalo. As for some of the opposite views i find them quite funny. Especially the one about injuries in RL not affecting a players career...really!!! If a player pulls his hamstring he may only be out for a few weeks but you are more and more likely to do it again once you have done it once. It all depends on the injury.
