I have selected the teams eleigable already, but I have no time to collect the stats for their profile and I will be on vacation from tomorrow on.

Remember the rules:

Basic rules for being eligible:
- A team had to be part of the 1.1 for at least 4 seasons.
- A team was not part of a HOF selection vote for the last season and the season before.
- A teams first 1.1 season has to be at least 7 seasons in the past.
- A team was not voted last place in its second or later run being eligible and part of the bracket

Basic rules for selection:
- A team with 4 seasons must get a TOP 3 vote in the summary to be in.
- All other teams do need a TOP 4 vote in the summery to be in.
- In a voting bracket a minimum of 2 eligible teams and a maximum of 10 eligible teams can be member of that bracket.
- If fewer teams are in a bracket, fewer teams than the TOP 4 will be selected.
10 teams in the bracket -> 4 teams for HOF
9 to 8 teams in the bracket -> 3 teams for HOF
7 to 6 teams in the bracket -> 2 teams for HOF
5 to 2 teams in the bracket -> 1 team for HOF
- teams which do not get the needed votes for the HOF will get back into the pool of eligible teams and will get another chance in the 3. selection process after the last one, where they failed.
- teams which got voted last on their second run or later being eligible and part of the bracket do not get back into the pool of eligible teams.

Basic rules for voting:
- teams have to be voted with 20 points or less
- the highest voted teams get 20, the lowest votes team gets two time the points as teams are in the bracket plus one minus the voted place. ((#teams on bracket +1 - #place)*2)
- every managers is eligible to vote
- every team has to get points
- voting process as to run at least 2 weeks (real life weeks)

This season we have a wild bunch of teams. Some do have the 3rd time as eligible profiles, some are new and and one which is still playing.
The teams of Dreigiau Cymreig, Dijon Cerberus, Rixdorf Reapers, Adendorf Cowboyz and Wakeville Warriors were in the bracket for season 16 and 19.
In addition we have Muppet Liberation Army, which fell BOT season 19, but was not eligable until this season and Versailles Knights which fell BOT in season 21 and both are eligible the first time.
To fill this field up, I did added 1 still playing team which did start in season 9, the Blood Kings.

Summery
The Cowboyz did start midseason in league 3.4 and went on for a fast rise.
They won the relagation game in season 6 to climb a league higher and did repeat that in season 7 to get into the 1.1 in season 8.
Once in the 1.1 it became obvious the team was not ready for the competition.
The team lost all games and relegated and a season later won the 2.2 to get back into the 1.1.
In season 10 they reach the first and only time the playoffs in the 1.1 and the manager did lose interest in season 12, losing many games and relagated again.
With the start of season 13, 1-2 games into the regular season, the team went BOT.

Why in the HOF?
Although the team did only play 4 season in the 1.1 they did in total play 8 seasons in a game, where most teams quit after a few seasons.
They did come back for a second try in the 1.1 and were quite good then, but mismanagement and lost of interest did send them down again.

Why not in the HOF?
As much effort the manager did put into his team, the team did never strike any fear into the top group of teams and did not really achieve much.

Summery
Dijon Cerberus did start basically at the start of season 2 in 2.1 and was wise enough to avoid the BOT flush that season.
After another season in the 2.1 the took the BOT flush ticket and played in the 1.1 from season 4 ongoing.
They were always in the shadow of other teams in the AC South and did only win the division once.
When their players began to age the team got some problem, resulted in a setback and ultimatly put them in a relegation game, which they lost in season 13.
Around the second or third game of season 14 they went BOT.

Why in the HOF?
The team did play 13 seasons in a very dynamic game, where teams pop up and go on a daily basis.
Granted they did not win many titles, but they manager was along time a community member and became never a problem.
He was also not the most open guy, so not much to say about him, but the stamina plaiyng the game does tell you something.
He came to play and he played until he had to leave, 13 seasons.

Why not in the HOF?
This is the part to be negative and the only thing that the team did not right was the managing part.
He never fielded a very competitive team, never caused trouble in the league by just being there.
So, with only the success in mind, the team did accomplish almost nothing.

Summery
The welsh dragon came into the league and was for the next 6 season a lock for the divisional title in the NC East.
They always were one or two steps behind other teams, but still never were a team to take easy.
It took a few teams a lot of seasons to get near the results of Dreigiau Cymreig and to finally win this division.
An always friendly manager did the best he could with his team, until he finally lost interest.

Why in the HOF?
Even if they never won a league title, the Dragons (thats the translation from their welsh team name) did play fair and hard for all seasons.
Many teams did challange them for their division, but the did not give up, until their roster got old and expensive.
When he left, the region lost one of the gentlemen of this region.

Why not in the HOF?
Beside their success, they never played in a really challanging division and were lucky to never get a very good new team in their division, until he lost interest.
Outside the region the team was quite unsuccessfull.

Summery
The Rixdorf Reapers were also one of those early team, right from the start of the game.
After a fast way to early glory, they lost interest or life came into play.
The went BOT midseason of season 3 and what makes them appear here is the fact, that the manager came back.
In season 5 the team was refounded and he even made it back to the 1.1.
After season 10 he relegated back to level 2 where he tried to win it and earn it, without a bot flush.
After an early playoff exit in season 13 he went away for ever.

Why in the HOF?
Some might argue that the team did benefit from early adopter success and was later a non factor.
Granted the team was not that successfull on its second run, but you can't ignore the stamina, managing a team his way for so many seasons.
Even without big success, he was a long part of the community.

Why not in the HOF?
Beside some early success, the Reapers were a second class team, never a real factor.
In 12 seasons the team did not even once made it to the supercup playoffs and was not able to get the team into the right direction.

Summery
The team started before the first league game of season 5 in the 2.1 and went to the conference championship game.
The BOT flush did put them into the 1.1 for season 6, where they struggled, but they were able to win the relegation game to stay in the league.
That struggling did repeat in season 7 and 8. In season 7 the were also able to win the relegation game, in season 8 they lost and relegated to the 2.1 again.
After another conference final exit and a BOT flush did they come back to the 1.1 in season 10, where the played better and stayed until they fell BOT after 5 games in season 13.

Why in the HOF?
One of the long lasting members of the community. They did build their team around their philosopy, which was not that successfull in compare to other franchises.
Never the less did they play those games with full intensity and did last longer than any average team.

Why not in the HOF?
From the managment point of view was the team a desaster. Granted they started under bad conditions and the BOT flush after one season was hard, but the team did not really grow after seasons and seasons.
When they went BOT, they had never reached the playoffs in the 1.1, never reached the playoffs in the supercup and barely stayed alive over the years.

Summery
The Muppet Liberation Army came into the Region 3.1 early in season 10 and won the division right in that season, but went not far into the playoffs and needed season 11 to win the division, the conference and the league.
Now in season 12 they did win the division again in their first season in 2.1 and this time they went also in their first season to the bowl after a conference title and they won the bowl, again.
Promoted to 1.1 for season 13 they did not wait to adjust, but won also their division on 1.1, but fell out of the playoffs in the second round.
They needed a few seasons after that success to adjust and win the division again, which they where able to do in season 16 and 17, but both times they lost in first or second round in the playoffs.
It looks like they had to redo their roster for season 18 and 19, but lost interest after the regular season of season 19 and the team went BOT before rollover to season 20.

Why in the HOF?
Despite the lack of big success, the Liberation Army became a better team inside the 1.1 late period of their existance.
The team was an a good way to become contenders.
They won 3 division titles in the 1.1, which not many teams can claim.

Why not in the HOF?
Overall did the team not get past a wildcard spot team level at best.
Supercup and CoC were all not very successful tournaments and the team did fade when they real work would have started.

Summery
The Knights came as fast as possible to level 1.1, after 1 season in 3.4 and after a BOT flush 1 season in 2.1 they went BOT flush again and reached 1.1 in season 14.
With limited success in lower levels they did almost drop back to level 2 in the first few seasons, playing 2 relegation games in 3 seasons.
The team became a mid level team from season 17 onwards and made it to the playoffs the first and only time in 1.1 in season 20, but lost already in the wildcard round.
After season 21 did the team fall BOT before season rollover and was gone.

Why in the HOF?
The team did play 10 seasons and made progress almost the whole time.
Even if their playing success was not top level, their determination was.

Why not in the HOF?
The team made only the playoffs once in the region and also made only once to the Supercup playoffs.

Summery
The Blood Kings made it to 1.1 by spending two seasons in 3.1 and 2.1 in total, improving the team, winning their division, but not making some noise in the playoffs and advanced via BOT-flush to 1.1 for season 9.
The had trouble early and had to play a relegation game in season 9, but from that point on, the team did improve, slowly.
Playing a very competive division at that time (2 of the 3 opponents are elected to the HOF already) the team had to wait until the division promoted teams to Elite and until the team itself became strong enough to make a stand.
The team came finally together to win the division 3 consecutive times in season 18, 19 and 20 and has no got some major comeptition again, still playing in the NC South.

Why in the HOF?
The team improved slowly and the manager did not quit when some of the bad things of RZA did happen to him or his team.
As a team it is a major player now, as a manager a respected member of the community, always friendly and open.

Why not in the HOF?
The only argument you could bring here is the lack of big time sucess winning championships or on Supercup territory, but that is valid for almost every team in the Region.
