Damn I completely forgot about it but I was going to vote for Atlantes and the Bees because they kicked my ass twice a year since season 2. so much memories....

Well, they got in, so don't feel bad about it.
Actually the results did very much mirror my personal expectations.

Ok, I checked the next field and it looks like I will have to add the first teams still alive to the selection process.
To make it fair and transparent I will add teams ordered by their first season in the 1.1 from season 2 onwards.
This season this will only include teams from season 2.

I will prepare the next wave of profiles now.
Remember the rules:

Basic rules for being eligible:
- A team had to be part of the 1.1 for at least 4 seasons.
- A team was not part of a HOF selection vote for the last season and the season before.
- A teams first 1.1 season has to be at least 7 seasons in the past.

Basic rules for selection:
- A team with 4 seasons must get a TOP 3 vote in the summary to be in.
- All other teams do need a TOP 4 vote in the summery to be in.
- In a voting bracket a minimum of 2 eligible teams and a maximum of 10 eligible teams can be member of that bracket.
- If fewer teams are in a bracket, fewer teams than the TOP 4 will be selected.
10 teams in the bracket -> 4 teams for HOF
9 to 8 teams in the bracket -> 3 teams for HOF
7 to 6 teams in the bracket -> 2 teams for HOF
5 to 2 teams in the bracket -> 1 team for HOF
- teams which do not get the needed votes for the HOF will get back into the pool of eligible teams and will get another chance in the 3. selection process after the last one, where they failed.

Basic rules for voting:
- teams have to be voted with 20 points or less
- the highest voted teams get 20, the lowest votes team gets two time the points as teams are in the bracket plus one minus the voted place. ((#teams on bracket +1 - #place)*2)
- every managers is eligible to vote
- every team has to get points

Summery
GatorNation did start after league gameday 13 in season 2 in the 2.2 and made it to the playoffs.
The lost in the conference championship game, but won the relegation game and entered that way the 1.1 in season 3.
Their record did take a dive in season 4 and they lost the relegation game.
They went back to the 2.2 for season 5 and did win the division, the conference and the Bowl.
Back in the 1.1 in season 6 they came into an easier division and managed to win the division already in their 1st try in season 6 and never looked back.
They won the division straight until season 13, until the manager quit.
The team went to the postseason from season 6 to season 13 of cause, but needed until season 12 to win the conference.
They lost in the bowl that season.
In season 14, the team went BOT before gameday 5.

Why in the HOF?
First of all, the team did not quit when it was relegated after 2 seasons in the 1.1. Not many teams do come back into the 1.1 after such results.
But after that season in the 2.2, the team became a contender.
Granted, the team did stumble most of the time in their 1st or 2nd playoff game, but after all, they also went all the way to the Bowl in season 12.
They were the unchallenged division winner for many, many seasons and only when he left, the division become wide open.

Why not in the HOF?
It looked like once the team did need restructuring, the manager quit, so the real challenging part of managing a team was avoided.
In Supercup the team did never flourish and beside one great season in the CoC, it was also in that competition not very successful.

Summery
The team started with the first gameday of season 5 in the 2.1 and did win the division right from the start, lost in the first round and avoided a BOT flush.
In season 6 they played the whole season unbeaten and went into the playoffs as division champs and won the bowl.
So they reached 1.1 in season 7 and were quite successful from the start already there, but failed to win the division once during their career.
They went to the playoffs almost every season, but most of the time they dropped out in the 1st or 2nd round.
The team went BOT after gameday 14 in season 14.

Why in the HOF?
Even if the team was not that successful over their career, they were a constant challenger and had some teams for sure afraid of the matches against them.
For 10 seasons were the Lions be a part of the Monarchs region and did manage to field a competitive team over the seasons.

Why not in the HOF?
The Lions never made it into the top level of teams playing for a championship.
They stayed on the 2nd tier level over their whole career and left without a meaningful title.

Summery
The team started mid-season of season 3 in league 2.2 and had a terrific start.
It won the division, went into the playoffs and won the league.
From that point on it went down.
The team was able to get into the playoffs in season 6, but left in the 1st round.
They had to go down to level 2 into the 2.2 again after a lost relegation game in season 9.
In season 10 the won the division, but lost in the conference title game.
A won relegation game brought them back to the 1.1 where they stayed until the team went BOT after season 15.

Why in the HOF?
The main argument for a HOF spot can only be stamina. The team went down and up and stayed for 13 seasons.
They were never that successful, but did play from season to season against much better team, and did only quit after their 2nd rework of the roster.

Why not in the HOF?
They looked like they never got the feeling for the game.
Every season other teams came in and became better teams than Borshow ever was.
In all the season, the team never did reach the Supercup playoffs once and only the 1.1 playoffs one time.

Summery
The Patriots did start basically after season 2 in league 2.2 was over for almost every team. They did not play a single regular game and got BOT flushed to 1.1 with season rollover.
The team did of cause struggle mightily and went back to the 2.2 for season 4.
Nogard decided to enter the 1.1 only on his own rules, avoided a BOT flush and did build a tough team.
In season 5 the team was basically strong enough to win the conference, maybe even the league, but he decided to tank the conference championship game and wait for another season.
With season 6, the Patriots began to become the toughest team from the Monarchs league the region had at that point.
They won the 2.2, went to the 1.1 for season 7 and won that league 3 straight times, won the conference 6 times in a row, won the Global Bowl (Supercup final) in season 8 as the only team from Monarchs region ever and did add the Champ of Champs trophy in season 11, also as only team from monarch region, ever.
After season 12 did Nogard struggle with his real life and the team did suffer a bit, losing the most important games and during season 15 did the team fall BOT.
It never made it to the Elite league, by purpose or by mismanagement, nobody knows.
One Manager named the Patriots the strongest team from Monarchs region which never made it to the Elite League.
Sounds right.

Why in the HOF?
There are not many teams from the Monarchs region which can claim success as the Patriots did.
The team hold many record in titles and wins and what ever.
If they are not worth the HOF, none are.

Why not in the HOF?
I don't even try to make an argument here.

Summery
The team started under the name "Reneades 4 LIFE" in season 4 around gameday 5 of the season in 2.1.
They avoided the BOT flush and did win their division and conference to reach 1.1 the 1st time in season 6.
They went to the 2.2 for season 7 after a lost relegation game, won their division, won a relegation game and went back to 1.1 for season 7, where they stayed until they did fall BOT during season 15.
Unfortunate for the team did they land twice in a quite tough division with 2 very long playing managers, which left them often at 3rd place or worse.

The team did play for 12 seasons and did not let roster rotations and a tough division demotivate them.
They played hard and fair and score some upsets.

Take aside the long playing time, the manager did not accomplish much.

Summery
The Leopards are one of the first teams ever playing the game, starting at day 1 of the game.
They did struggle a bit in the early seasons, compared to other teams of that time, but did become better with every season until they won their 1. league title in season 6.
After several changes in the engine and roster did the team lose some steam and fell out of the group of regular contenders, but did come back and won their 2. title in season 16.

Why in the HOF?
There are not many other teams which were and are as successful as the Leopards.
They did survive all changes so far and are still strong, now adjusting to the Elite league.

Why not in the HOF?
Even successful in the monarchs region, in Supercup and CoC-competition were their success limited.
They did never reach too far in those competitions, sometimes lacking the strength, sometimes by bad luck.

Summery
Also one of the oldest teams in the game, the Killers started at the beginning of season 1 and they are still alive.
Quite successful in the beginning did they reach the 1.1 by BOT flush for season 2 and were unlucky to be part of the strongest division in those early days.
They stayed always in the shadow of the 2 other successful teams at that time (Bees and Atlantes), but went to the playoff regularly.
When the 2 bigger teams left, the Killers claimed the division, but only for one season.
After that did a roster makeover shift the power levels again and since then does the team try to get back to the contender level.

Why in the HOF?
They were one of the 4 teams of the AC East bringing fear to every opponent during the early seasons.
The AC East did produce 3 playoff teams each season at that time and the Killers were most of the time the 3. one.
Still kicking, still playing is this team a lock for upcoming seasons.

Why not in the HOF?
They were always in the shadow of some bigger teams and never overcame that.
Once those teams were gone, they were not able to keep the top position in the division and since a few seasons did the team suffer many defeats.
Outside the region did the team not play much and did not win anything.
