Sorry, but don't compare real live training/settings withthat game.
In real live a team would not have a limit on coaches except themoney which can be spend. This here is game design/strategy design. And as always, people do maximize the outcome of the designs limits. So changing the game design can be done slowly, or with a big bang. As I understood Peter, the most extreme managers won't be able to keep their strategy alive, the rest will not be punished (at least not much) |

Yeah...
It was never about those playing quite OK rosters, but having 5 more LBs as they should have...it is about the teams fielding 45 LBs during the game, playing QB, RB, SF and so on, but being ALL LB as example...We cannot accept such behavior...not from a gameowners point of view, and not from a managers point of view. If you want to have a benefit out of ACs, buy the ones you need...but donÄt buy one MONSTER, and label all your players that position the MONSTER is responsible for... |

Pete, i agree 100 per cent, but what about the YA? Why should the AC-monster-tactics work with players during their stay in YA then? |

It even works if you keep them on your roster but not on the depth chart.

what a guy is doing during training, behind closed doors, is his problem. But fielding a roster full DLs won't be tolerated by the fans. This was the basic idea

So what's the decision?
I do not have a TE/FB AC so I do train my players as WR/RB until they have a free position change possibility. I also do it on my SPT when they need to train a skill that another AC improve. However I would not mind to stop it if it comes with a penalty. And I did see some teams with only DE or other players in their roster. I totaly agree with Pete statement, it does not look rigth. |

The community told how they think, now it is on me to code something that matches the decision. Afterwards it will be tested, and if it creates the wanted effect, it will go public. Right now there is no change, and you can carry on having "cruel" rosters
Such things are bigger tasks, this is wyh I do such things in the off season usually, which starts in October... |
