Good game Templars.
That 5-2 defense kept my HB from making much headway on first downs, but it's might not be the best choice having no OLBs when there's a $125M receiver lining up outside. (16 receptions, 288yds, 3 TDs)  |

GG Mermaids! The score wasn't very close at 31-14 but TOP and yards were really tight. My team just couldn't pull off the big plays when it was needed. A costly INT, giving up a long return, and not being able to stop your passing game from scoring isn't going to result in too many victories. I wish the score had been closer but otherwise it looked like a really tough game! Good luck in Elite next season!

..and a Well done ! to the Galaxy teams in Elite League. When i get that right, the NC South with the 4 Galaxy-teams is the strongest Division in Elite !
...Thw Vulcans made it to the Divisional Playoffs in Elite, and well known Galaxy veteran Blitzkrieg made it even to Conference Championship !! A great success !!

First of all, I'm very happy that this NC final has been played by the first and the second team in rushing offense in galaxy league, when all teams play almost only passing me and Beergut showed that rushing game can be still winning!
Match very close, difference made only by some small things, like our longer returns for example, and of course the intercept in the first drive. Next season in elite will be difficult also for me, I'll lose 9 players for retiring, especially my legendary FB, my first absolute draft choice when I started 12 seasons ago and keystone of my play, so I have to modify something in the playbook, let's see.. |

Marauders vs Mermaids is an exciting finale, and I'm hoping for another close game, like last time when the score was a nail-biting 31-30. (and not like last year's bowl when I was humbled 45-0 by Hurricanes)
