That's a no from me....
I think wages are an important fact of the game and rosterbuilding, everybody who kept care till now has no prob. This just opens the door for unbalanced traing

The description says the two highest except the highest. Does this mean the second and third skills are averaged?

not sure about this, its a two edged sword: it allows players with for example low talent, but high AGI-Cap, to train AGI more cost effective even if the other skills cant be raised any further. but yes, it also opens the door for more one-skill-monsters and I dont really see the benefit of that since this is mostly a function of sloppy roster building or lack of patience imo.

but it will also speed up player development for some teams willing to go down that road and it does sort of answer the call for more diverse player builds, so I trust Pete on this.

I voted yes and support this idea but I'd like to know what the new wage calculation is, or at least a close estimation like we currently have with the *1.19 calculation.

Strongly against it.

If it was the average of the two highest, why not. But As I understand it, the highest skill is not in taken in account. A 50 Tackel, 20 Vision and position would be paid less than 3000 a week? It does not make sense.

With the average on the two highest, he would be paid like a 35 today so 37K. Here I would agree.

Should read : the highest and the second highest, that has to be different from the first highest.

Ähm...confusing why this is so confusing

Player A: Skill 1 40, Skill 2 40, Skill 3 30: (40+40)/2 = Average for further calculation
Player B: Skill 1 40, Skill 2 20, Skill 3 20: (40+20)/2 = Average for further calculation

It's confusing cause the word "except" does not mean what you think it means (It means in German "außer" and not "statt" like you probabaly wanted it to mean... itwould be more clearer if you used "instead".
