Hi Guys,

Season rollover is done and we all now know who we got to beat to do well this coming season.

First thing as usual is to welcome the new guys to this level of the game.
So nicky1974, Wolfling, MrChristi, Pip76 and saltshaker welcome to Thunder 1.1 and enjoy your Rookie Season. Also welcome back to LoSpietato after spending a season at the lower level.

We also welcome back janos and wiesengrund back to this level after unsuccessful attempts to knock notsch and Buddy Ryan out of the Elite League.

Having had a brief look around all the teams, I have to again state the obvious - if you have not maxed your stadium GET ON WITH IT, and those of you with a little financial problem I hope you sort it out without losing too much.

Shortly the new Pre-Season show will start and I hope you enjoy it.

So for now Welcome to Season 22 in Thunder 1.1 let the fights begin.

This is Bova signing off.

Welcome to Season 22 Pre-Season Show.

The show that gives you the pundits look at what the new season might bring.

This season we welcome Cheesehead to the pundit line up and wish thomastem all the best in his rookie season in the Elite League along with IMGregory.

jetto and passionateld return to the pre-season show and we will hear from them later in the show.

Ok, then, we start as usual with the AC East.

LM Pirates are managed by Fijer
1.1 Record - 2 seasons 15-17
ELO Score 690
Beckos Score 192

Pittsburgh Steelers are managed by steelers8643
1.1 Record - 9 seasons 62-82
ELO Score 700
Beckos Score 182

SimKonville Fraggles are managed by SimKon
1.1 Record - 10 seasons 138-22
Divisional Titles - NC West 5 (Seasons 9-13) NC East 3 (Seasons 15, 17, 19)
AC East 1 (Season 21)
Thunder Bowls - 3 - 1 win 2 losses
Elite League Record - 4 seasons 23-41
ELO Score 937
Beckos Score 219

Wild Thangs are managed by stizz
1.1 Record - 17 seasons 175-97
Divisional Titles - NC East 3 (Seasons 8, 11, 14) AC East 2 (Seasons 16,17)
Thunder Bowls - 1 - 1 loss
Elite League Record - 1 season 4-12
ELO Score 880
Beckos Score 210

Last season SimKonville Fraggles won the division on the basis of losing the least non-divisional game, but lost to Wild Thangs twice. WildThangs lost one more non-divisional game than Fraggles, but lost to LM Pirates twice. LM Pirates surprised everybody and except for a couple of silly losses they could have ran the other two close.
I expect this to be even closer this season, maybe only a one game break between the three of them.
As to the Pittsburgh Steelers they have to take what they can from where they can and hopefully close the gap on the others while staying away from the relegation zone.

AC East Position Prediction
1. SimKonville Fraggles
2. Wild Thangs
3. LM Pirates
4. Pittsburgh Steelers

Now for a break and we will be back soon with Cheesehead's look at the AC North.

Hey there, I can'T really say I'm "glad" to be back, but I hope the season will be intersting.

Unfortunately I won't have a lot of time in the upcoming months, so my Team will definitely suffer because of that (no gameplanning, very rudimantery roster Management...), so I have to cross my fingers.

Good luck to all!

Sadly this is me, just went into trouble last week and gonna take till my first home game to get out of it. As I am starting to lose some of my best players on a very young team I don't know if I am gonna carry on playing any more

Game planning, what's that again? Is this something related to tactics? We didn't need it in the past. Why should we now?

Welcome back to the 1.1 paradise!

Hey don't leave! Just keep the team ticking over then and come back to it later. I did the and the only tip I can give is to look at training now and then as otherwise salaries will rocket.

But don't leave...

With this low wages it shouldn't be that difficult to sort the financal issues out. If you need some help just let me know!! [or refer to the mentors page if you don't want me or somebody else within Thunder which I would understand!]

Thanks Bovakian and welcome back to the season preview show. Let's get right into it shall we?

These are the contenders that are gonna battle it out in the AC North:

Budapest Wolves are managed by janos
1.1 Record - 17 seasons 197-75
Divisional Titles - AC South 3 (seasons 13,15,16) NC East 2 (season 18,20)
Thunder Bowls - 3 - 1 win 2 losses
Elite League Record - 3 seasons 8-40
ELO Score 862
Beckos Score 205

The SQUALES of Beach are managed by SSNIPER
1.1 Record - 3 season 18-30
ELO Score 625
Beckos Score 179

UNTOUCHABLES are managed by nicky1974
1.1 Record - Rookie Season
ELO Score 591
Beckos Score 170

Wolflings are managed by Wolfling
1.1 Record - Rookie Season
ELO Score 631
Beckos Score 174

Divers dominated this division last season and Budapest Wolves will do the same this season. SQUALES will hope to achieve a winning record but with no transfer activity it's hard to see a sudden improvement and a regression seems likely. UNTOUCHABLES have invested heavily in the transfer market and for a new team in 1.1 have already an expensive coaching staff. It'll be interesting how they'll perform as the season goes on. Wolflings on the other hand have not spend a single dollar since their promotion and not a lot can be expected from them in their first season in this league as they go on the slow and grow approach.

AC North Position Prediction
1. Budapest Wolves
2. The SQUALES of Beach
3. UNTOUCABLES
4. Wolflings
