Wow, what a week!
A huge upset by the Lions who beat Maykop today, a great comeback by the Wildcats in a very important divisional game, ROMA's comeback on the other hand was too little too late and viper was close but couldn't quite get a winning streak going. Also a big win by the Jugones versus Asps in another close game today. |

It's not over, the Destroyers still have to play the Cowboys, Mutineers and you again. If you win your remaining 6 games and the Destroyers lose 2 you'll have a chance to win the division in week 17.

True, there is hope amongst the disappointment (he came back from behind again arrgh!)
Win or lose I always do enjoy the Ajalvir matches. But there is definitely no more room for error now, given how tight the competition for Wildcard spots is going to be down the stretch. Fingers crossed  |

Becko predits a lot of close games tomorrow with 6 games predicted to be decided by less than a TD.
Acorns @ Lobsters (3) The Lobsters are slight favorite in this game and would be back at .500 with a win. Acorns on the other hand needs a win to get out of the relegation zone. (0) Wildcats @ ROMA Becko makes the Wildcats a 0pt favorite so a very close game is to be expected. Both teams are in the playoff hunt and both teams need a win to avoid falling too far behind in the WC race. (4) Knights @ Badgers Fargo finally got his first win last week, another win would remove them from the relegation zone and jump start their season in league games. The Badgers also need the win to guarantee staying up but they have more room for error. Farmers @ Jugones (6) Becko makes the Spaniards 6pts favorite but both teams should make the PO this year as they lead the WC race at this point. The loser will have a harder time though, these are important games to make the PO and for seeding. (5) Lions @ Gamecocks I'm surprised the Lions aren't bigger favorite in this game after a big win against Maykop, especially since Gamecocks isn't having a great season so far being below .500 (2) Hail Mary's @ Ravens With both teams having only 1 win this season this game will be extremely important when relegation places will be decided. The British team is a slight favorite but they're having an usually poor season so far. Two more games are predicted to have wider margins by Becko but they'll be very important in the NC playoff race. (24) Jacanas @ Verde Verde has a 2 game lead in the division while Jacanas is 3 games back so it's clear who needs this one the most although this game could be the deciding factor for Verde's PO chances. Cowboys @ Destroyers (13) The undefeated Destroyers take on the always dangerous Cowboys who's only lost to the 2 ex-Elite teams this season. The Destroyers seem to have a very strong team this year while the Cowboys took a step back. A game I will keep a close eye on since it'll involve 2 teams I'm likely to face in the PO  |
