Agreed. I have been for ages on this. Realism! In the NFL they have sometimes more than 12 coaches. In college, there is a restriction on the number of coaches, but then gaps are usually filled with graduate assistants (i.e. not real coaches). In lower levels, you probably don't have 12 coaches...maybe only a handful. Almost every team, high school and up has a strength coach...but that's not even available in RZA. It all sort of depends on what world you're trying to simulate. Which is greater, the marginal differences in coaches on game play or training bonuses? Steve SD Blitz |

What I mean is that even a good team shouldn't be able to progress without coaches. Who trains the players? Who makes the calls on the field? Who's coordinating your team? How could you ever win a game without any coach?
In this game its possible. Last edited on 2017-01-06 20:43:33 by Rafi1205 |

Because what you call "no Coach" is not "no Coach". It means "all Coaches at 50 CP". You can just raise the CPto another level for a few coaches. Does this feel better?

That you do not pay for. But have the effect of 41 coach for training or 50 for in games Last edited on 2017-01-06 21:08:41 by andrew2scott2 |

I feel like changing the display of positions without coaches would go a long way to avoid having this conversation every few months. Now people think "Oh I don't have a RB coach, real NFL teams have an RB Coach, I want one!" When the truth is that they do have a 50 RB coach... Why not display that on the screen? Maybe even give these coaches random names and nationalities? Just for style/display. That way it might feel like managers can afford "better coaches" at certain positions but it'd look like we do have coaches at each and every position (without changing anything to CP calculation, training, in game-bonuses etc...) |

Flags and values are too much, but it is now a little bit into this direction

It will help avoid confusion and it may well help new teams to avoid the debt of buying coaches because they think that they don't have them - and therefore they buy them to help improve their team. |
