Wild Card round is done which saw a cracking tie with Bison City Nightcrew @ Amersfoort Alligators and Wild Thangs pick up a Shock Result knocking out Budapest Wolves.
This round we see another potential surprise exit with Basterds playing Die Verdammten in what looks to be a very good tie in only there second meeting in history and Wild Thangs look to make SimKonville Fraggles another one of there victims. MAY THE BEST TEAM WINA ND GOODLUCK TO ALL. |

Flerschem Flieger 1) You progressed from the WC round with another easy looking victory only to face Inbhir Naraan which considering is the easiest of the 2 opponents, How do you see yourself getting a result against a much stronger side? Im happy that we won the Wildcard match and go deeper into the playoffs. I dont really have ideas how to beat Bova. We played 11 times vs each other and i won 0 games. So i dont feel happy about this matchup even he looks as the easier opponent. Our hopes are on the good Morale and Tactical changes, in the last game this season we only lost 10-16 against him and we hope that we can play a game like this with a bunch of luck. But honestly i think i will need luck, like a turnover or something to beat him. Sadly my offense ist strugglin at the moment, but we hope the best to play a close game for the fans 
2) You said before the previous tie you didn’t expect to progress past Bova Or SimKon, Should you fall at this hurdle what will you take away from this season? Yes your right, i want to mention that, as i started you and Bova were some kind of mentor for me. So its some kind of meeting your teacher and of cause its a honor to beat you both and show that you've learned well.  As i told above the stats dont look good for us, maybe we can write history on Saturday, but if not its not a big issue for us. As i told after 2 season with 6-10 its a huge grow to stay in the Playoffs now and we are proud of the progress. Hopefully we can continue this sucess and be a big challenge for the big guys, like bova or simkon. Dont see me challenging them in this Season, but who knows  Lets see what will happen, cause nothing is impossible.

Inbhir Narann 1) This is one of the Most exciting and difficult Thunder playoffs probably ever seen in our leagues. What are your expectations going into the playoffs? 1) It would be nice to break my duck. Having lost each of my previous play off matches by 7pts or less, it's about time it went my way. 2) You Finished the regular season with a first round bye to face Flerschem Flieger in the divisional round. How do you prepare for this game being favourites to progress? 2) Just like any other match. I have a look at the tapes for any weaknesses I can exploit and make a plan. Basterds @ Die Verdammten
Basterds 1) This is only your second game in your team’s history and there are suggestions your team is capable of pulling of a surprise result being the slightly better statistical side, How do you see this tie playing out? 2) Die Verdammten will be favourites going into this tie because of their history, How do you prepare against such an experienced side? Well, I agree DV are the favourites and I would be surprised by myself if I could win this. But I will try my best to win it of course. Hopefully I'll find something and maybe my Kicker will behealthy again (even the BU is not bood as his job). Thanks for doing this! Bison City Nightcrew 1) You overcome a tough game against Amersfoort Alligators, How pleased are you with that result? 1) Shocked, going by our other encounters,but also very happy with the result. 2) Vienna Falcons are one of the 4 teams in the playoffs with Elite Experience and one of the 4 favourites to go back up, How do you set up against a team like this being the clear underdog? 2)   and hope my luck holds out [/I]
Vienna Falcons 1) This is one of the Most exciting and difficult Thunder playoffs probably ever seen in our leagues. What are your expectations going into the playoffs and what are your thoughts on this year’s playoff competition? I cannot quite compare it, but this years playoff field seems really strong and interesting. The Wild Card round showed that no one is safe, and that everyone has to bring their A-Game in order to compete. I'm looking forward to the challenge. 2) A, Fingerlos, Rudi Voglreiter lead the league in receiving yards and Receiving Touchdowns, How would you rate your passing game this season with it looking one of the most Dangerous? We strive to be a balanced team, but when push comes to shove, you need a good passing game to stay on schedule. We have used our starting QB Ferreira sparingly this season in order to keep him fresh for the playoff run, so we expect the necessary production to be there when called upon.
