I think Brixton Massive are favourite so far. I've thought that Strasbourg Blues would win that side of the table, but the Hounds demonstrated that they are dangerous underdogs (OMG what a joke !!!    )
Lakers vs Lions is a classic match of the last seasons of 2.2 and despite the fact I had won in the past, we are really even and any result can happen. It is all in the hands of Guerino (my QB), if he replays the awful performance against Massive (3 intercepts and a dramatic completion percentage) we have no chance, otherwise if he can manage the pressure we will prevail. I have the impression that it will end up in a match decided by defenses. I still think Electric is the team to beat and they are still my favourites to raise the bowl trophy. Only Bulldozers have a comparable roster to stand the field against them, but they have to demonstrate they can reach the Conference final match. In my dreams there is an all Italian bowl ... but there is a long and tough road ahead. |

In 2.1 the Doleys might make their game against the Wildcats very interesting. Maybe a close win for the Wildcats. I also think the Comeback Kids and 69ers will have a good game, with the 69ers pulling it out. Also picking Adventurers against Vienna, but another close looking game. I don't give myself much chance to beat the Badgers, just hoping to keep it close. I think I'm a season away from competing with teams with this amount of talent.
