Hello and welcome back to another edition of the Game of the Week show! This week we got a tasty, juice and delicious treat for you: last season's surprise hit versus this seasons surprise hit: basterds at Hucknall Broncos.

So many story lines here:

- was last week's win indicative of Fraggles weakness or Broncos strength
- are basterd able to regularly beat top dog opposition like last week
- is Semisi Tahitu'a the best CB in the league

So let's start talking about this game people!

This game means more to the Basterds. I give them slight edge on the road.

We sat down with coach jetto who happened to be in the neighbourhood:

Question 1.
You had a very impressive season last season however some analysts are still questioning whether this was a one-off or if you are going to challenge for the Bowl again this season. what would you like to say to these doubters?

Hmm, actually my team should be even better than last season as I lost nobody to retirement. So from that point it's all up to me as a manager and I'm the only one to blame if I don't have this sucess again. And of course I see a light advantage for me after this engine changes as I already played a full diverse Offense Playbook and somebody else maybe needs some time to adjust it.
I'm really looking forward to this season. In the SC I beat already the second best team and I should win the group, hopefully I will compete in the league too - I really liked the last playoff time and I'm not really interested in some boring offseason again

Question 2.
You drafted a RB and then sold him straightaway. Fans are really puzzled by this and to them it seems the GM just picked the wrong player and doesn't know what he's doing. Care to comment?

Hahahaha... Great question! Well, I'm always trying to Draft BPA - especially in the later rounds. This guy I ended up I had the feeling he provided the best value, unfortunately his physical skills were both red caped so he had no chance to make the roster even with some training. That's why I'm sold him (and was really surprised to get around 6 Mio)

Question 3.
Surely the Broncons are out for revenge after being beaten twice last year by you and one being in the play-offs. What do you think the key deciding factor in this game will be?

The Broncos are always difficult to play because of their Offense PB. I need my Deffense to execute on a high level even without the right formation called every time. This and some luck with producing no turnover is the key for me I think.

I find Basterds achievements very impressive. However, I managed a win over them in the league last season, whereas Broncos always destroy my team.

So for me, I'm picking Broncos, especially with home-field advantage, but it should be fascinating game between two play-off teams. Could be a very telling game for how these seasons will finish.

Our beat writer managed to interview JimBob while he was walking from his office to the toilet so it's a bit short:

Question 1.
Last week you destroyed SimKonVille Fraggles, in their house no less. Are the Broncos for real this season?

As real as the last 3 seasons?

Question 2.
You lost twice to basterds last season incl a play-off loss. Beating them now would not only be sweet revenge but also show that you can challenge for top honours this season. How important is this game to you and is this already a make or break game?

Not important at all, just treating every game the same and hope the random home field advantage isn't the only factor.

Question 3.
It seems you won't need to fire up your players this week but what do you think the key deciding factor in this game will be?

Blitzing their QB in to the ground.
